Hi guys! Long time, no newsletter.

How are you doing? I hope you’ve been doing more than okay and can count on at least one blessing that you’re grateful to God for. Feel free to drop a comment and let me know.

I’m glad you’re finally reading this newsletter. It’s been on my mind to write a personal note but life keeps happening. One minute, I’m motivated to write; the next, not so much. Other times, I feel I’ll get overwhelmed with the engagement. Then I remembered that sharing my journey is one of the reasons I started Colours & Flavours and to do this, I should engage with you like a real person.

First-Half Life Update

So, how has 2022 been for me? Overall, it’s been incredible. Thank God. I’ve had many amazing first experiences, from writing a song to teaching a sermon at church. Plus, I’m now a married woman. I have a husband! It’s a big deal and I’m grateful.

As amazing as 2022 has been, I’ve also had my not-so-happy moments. It’s been challenging but I can say this – God is a trustworthy anchor. Even when it doesn’t feel like it, God is with us in the trouble and He is for us. Finally on this, keep praying because it counts. God always hears us. I’ve also had to take my own advice on how to handle hard times/difficult moments (you should read it) + this new song, God really loves us, has been soothing recently.

Giveaway Time 🥳

Now to other happy news! I’m giving out 5 e-copies of a book I loved reading. It’s titled Leading Seeks You by Pst Emmanuel Iren. It’s a book on supernatural leadership. As believers, there will be many times when we want God to guide us so it’s reassuring to know that God is interested in leading us.

The book is easy to read and understand. At the end of it, you’ll know how much God loves to lead you and how He practically leads. To enter the giveaway, please fill out this form to indicate your interest. and pray for favour. I’ll contact the winners by July 16th.

Alright, that’s it for now. I loved writing to you so I hope you enjoyed reading this. Cheers to the best half of the year yet! Expect the best and embrace it.

🤍 Oyinkan

P.S. I’m taking questions from members of the C & F community on anything related to faith, love and life as a believer. Click here to submit your question and I’ll share my response in the community section on the website.
