All things being equal, you find your partner physically attractive. Also, as believers, you both must have decided not to engage in pre-marital sex or other sexually immoral acts. Although this is great, you should also not think lustfully about your partner while dating.

On this episode of Colours & Flavours Podcast, I talked about how to control lustful thoughts while dating.

Listen, learn & enjoy!

I’ll love to know your thoughts as well.

β†’ How else can someone control lustful thoughts about their partner?

β†’ What helps you keep your thoughts in check?

For more advice on establishing boundaries for physical intimacy while dating, check out these episodes on season 1 of the podcast:

    Thanks so much for this!
I think one thing that is very important as you have rightly said is watching your ‘struggle’ conversations. It can easily trigger even more
Also, praying to God honestly about your feels and challenges actually works! Because truth is in and of ourselves, we are unable to keep ourselves
But the strength God gives is incredible and is enough to keep you through. Thanks for sharing! God bless youuu xoxo

Every point was on point. I loved it. Engaging too. Then when you add your hmm hmm πŸ˜„. Grateful for the reminders. It’s good to be a β€˜novice’ o and watch your association, anytime I missed it, it’s usually those 2 I ignored, I’m grateful for God’s loving kindness. Grace and peace to you.
